Providing students from low income families a FREE College Education!

The Fischer Carr Scholarship Fund provides students from low income families in grades 6 -9 with Take Stock in Children scholarships for free college tuition. They are qualified and selected by the Pinellas Education Foundation. The students will receive free college tuition upon graduation if they maintain a C average or better, remain crime and drug-free and have good school attendance. Additionally, the selected students will receive mentoring as part of the program's services.

397 Pinellas students have received free college tuition since 2004!
